Never liked doing a bunch of arcade modes to get the full fighting game story. Xrd does away with this genre staple and delivers a compelling narrative in its place. The SIGN story got me crying and REV follows it up nicely. As a sprite lover, the 3D Cel shaded style is a great evolution while still keeping true to GG's look. An amazing return to form after being away for a few years.
