Picture Cross Towns is a creative application of nonogram puzzles, but it's definitely a flawed prototype. I enjoyed how the puzzles themselves weren't actually images, but instead turned into a flourishing town. I also enjoyed how the game presented nonogram puzzles in some non-standard shapes, which made me have to engage a little bit more deeply with the puzzles. The game is lacking music, is pretty feature bare, and has a couple of puzzles which evidently have multiple solutions (and the game only accepts one) if the itch.io comments are to be believed.
