dual destinies is an unfortunate step down from what was my favorite ace attorney game, apollo justice, with gross character models and a tedious story to boot. cases tend to be slogs, and the writing isn't as slick as it used to be. there's gonna be a bunch of times where literally every 4 minutes the game pauses to flashback to something that you were talking about 10 seconds ago. loses what made the original games so special
