It's fine, but it's not nearly as good as most people make it out to be.

My main issue with this is the lack of distinct levels and the Nishikado motion that comes with it. It speeds up over the course of a run, but you're really just playing for 5 or 10 minutes and it's over. There's no ebb and flow, so it feels less satisfying to play and really only works if you're going for a high score.

It's far from unique in that aspect, but one of the things that makes Pac-Man stand out is that it usually works regardless of if you're looking at the score or not. Here, there's very little drive to "see how long you can survive", since you're constantly being tossed lives and power pellets and usually won't game over if you're decent enough at it. It's alright, but it's definitely not anywhere close to being a "definitive Pac-Man experience" or anything like that.
