Kind of like MGS4, I feel like the story is a little weird but its emotional story beats and the way it navigates Big Boss's emotions in the aftermath of MGS3 make up for it. It's interesting to see how he feels towards The Boss and his conceptualization of ideology, loyalty, and grief and the way it gets distorted enough to lead up to MG 1+2. Like 4 and PO though, I'm glad I watched a LP of this rather than play it myself.
