Easily the best games in the AA series imo; as much as I love the original trilogy they certainly have their fair share of problems. I can't think of a case in TGAA that I thought dragged (even 1-2 which a lot of people seem to be kind of meh on was really fun for me). Really loved the jury system, had a ton of fun with the dances of deduction (even if towards the end I got kind of tired of rotating my camera around all the time). Pay-off in 2-5 is amazing.
AA1-3 can be a bit of a pain sometimes due to how episodic it can feel but TGAA is more of a political thriller right from the get-go. I feel like TGAA is a game that pretty much anyone with even a mild interest in mystery, logic puzzles, and VNs will enjoy. Personally I think I'll prefer the original trilogy just from a favor standpoint, but TGAA is the superior set of games, and much easier to recommend than AA.
