The first half isn't really bad. I had fun reading most of those scenes but there's only so much slice of life you can take until it becomes a bit exhausting. I understand why it was written the way it was but I believe there are more effective ways to expose the readers to that fake sense of normalcy they were going for that are not so time consuming.

But once the story picks up, It gets really interesting! I especially loved how the tension was built slowly, it made each scene more intriguing than the one before, to the point that I couldn't stop reading. I'm definitely looking forward to the next episodes.
