I really liked how open-ended the game was at first. The first thing I did was pick up the knife and stab the wife, and I couldn't believe the game just let me do that.
However, that open-endedness ultimately just leads to a lot of dull trial and error. A lot of times it felt like there were dialogue choices that lead to game overs that were only there to make you do another loop and extend the game.
The premise is interesting, but the story falls flat and ends with cliche "Was it even real?" flashbacks which is so lazy and uninteresting.
