Look, I normally don't like when games are difficult. I've intentionally NEVER played a FromSoft game or souls-like before because I know I'd drop it fast. I was raging a lot while playing Kingdom Hearts 1. I still get frustrated during difficult moments when replaying the Uncharted franchise.

With that said, I loved Ghostrunner. I think the super faced paced game loop helped me not get deterred, as most battles are meant to last maybe 30 seconds max one minute, so even if I die on the very last enemy multiple times, I can just jump right back into battle and hypothetically get back to that point I was at before the song I'm listening to ends.

I'm not saying that I'm godlike at this game. I'm not telling other people to just "get good" at this game. Nah, I was ASS. But what I am saying is that for those who stick with it, they may get a fast paced, badass, and addicting experience.
