A bit of a curate's egg this one. Inconsistent pacing, a half-baked morality system and seemingly shoehorned-in 'big level' type design contrasts with a game that works well when it's pushing you forward through an area. Shooting's good, and there's a good sense of design and style in the world somewhat undermined by some dodgy accents.

Docked a mark for being the least stable game I've played in years; there was nearly a gigabyte of crash dump files in the game's save folder and at the end I got a crash literally two minutes after loading in. Intensely frustrating, which in fairness was the most I ended up feeling during some of those boring, spaced-out big levels.
