Games That Sample Moonlit City Roa (Lumina's Theme) from Legend of Mana.
The source of the sample is a sound library called Spectrasonics - Heart of Asia.

I think the type of music comes from Indonesia, called a Gamelan, correct me if I'm wrong.
I have two more games that I suspect use the sample but I can't really confirm. (Adabat (Night) from Sonic Unleashed and Breath of Fire IV - First Emperor Fou-lu).
Update: The sonic unleashed one used a similar sample from the same disc :).
