One of my favorite FF games. gets rid of the tired ATB mechanic in favor of a far more complex turn based system that rewards you committing time and resources to all your characters, not just a favorite few. A wonderful and earnest game about daddy issues and the christian guilt complex.
FF X-2 -- 3 STARS
This game is fun if you don't take it seriously for a single moment. The real ending is hidden behind completion and I couldn't be bothered. The combat is a broken version of that found in X, the central plot was dumb as shit and never went anywhere, and every part of the game is a mess. Just turn your brain off and you'll enjoy it more.
