Pleasantly surprised by how much more I personally enjoyed this over 4.
It's much more enjoyable mechanically, probably best combat in the series/franchise. It’s probably about the same level of difficulty as 4 but distributed more evenly throughout the game, the last two bosses are pretty tough (and good).
Character designs are pretty good! Didn't really like a lot of the designs in 4. Character portraits feel of a much higher quality.
Some aspects of the story won’t be for everyone and that’s understandable (At times it's kinda not good), but I can fuck with the power of friendship. Cool to see Flynn as an actual character. Navarre and Gaston are my goats, the rest I could take or leave tbh. I found it pretty funny when SPOILER gets turned into a puddle and kinda wish they didn’t get brought back.
