totally. i will say one other thing in this game's favor, though: unless there's something i missed or it takes a different tack down the line somewhere, it's only interested in portraying consensual sex, which is a low bar so many games fail to meet that it's alarming.

For real, actually I was looking into a vn that had some sexual elements to it recently and I decided to look at the reviews... thank God I did because apparently there's a bunch of r scenes in it. Wasn't stated anywhere on its page at all, wtf. I think vns in general have a lot of potential but 99% of them are completely irredeemable /:

@moschidae: there's really not enough pushback against the kind of absolute shit readily available on steam et al. and it sells even more than it typically would because of the ridiculous climate precipitated by crass "free speech" chuds willing to support any trash that offends more emotionally developed people.

Most of the NSFW games I see don't actually have any sex in them, which is how I'm assuming they get away with a lot. But it's really disgusting and should be illegal to sell, and it's even more disgusting when people flat out ignore it and don't even mention its in there.
