Ok, A Boy and His Blob is cute, but man, those controls felt janky and I got stumped on the puzzles way too often. The whole jellybean thing is a cool idea, but it kinda got old fast. Fun for nostalgia, but not a must-play in my book.

david crane is a genius, i'm gonna call this one a metroidvania since you need new jelly beans to reach new places in an open world

Can never remember if I played this game or it was some Saturday morning sugar-infused fever dream.

For real tho, it's kind of a wild game. Puzzle-based I guess? Really perfect stuff from the late 80's/early 90's era of kids going on other worldly adventures.

Root Beer jellybeans ftw tho.

Theme song belongs on a mantle next to Indiana Jone's

I played this for what felt like all day once. Did not have a clue what I was doing, but feeding the blob beans was fun. Could sit there all day feeding him beans. I think maybe I did.
