One of the best Battfields ever made by Dice. The fact that vehicles are limited made it feel a bit more "realistic" and way more fun than 4 or Hardline. The rework of classes was pretty good, scenarios were fantastic.
The Battlefield campaigns have never been a strong point of the franchise, however, this game has the best campaign out of all the Battlefields.

In my humble opinion best Battlefield and best Battlefield atmosfer to play.

Çanakkale içinde aynalı çarşı
Ana ben gidiyom düşmana karşı, of, gençliğim eyvah!
Çanakkale içinde bir uzun selvi
Kimimiz nişanlı, kimimiz evli, of, gençliğim eyvah!
Çanakkale içinde bir kırık testi
Analar babalar ümidi kesti, of, gençliğim eyvah!
Çanakkale üstünü duman bürüdü
On üçüncü fırka harbe yürüdü, of, gençliğim eyvah!
Çanakkale elinde toplar kuruldu
Vay bizim uşaklar orda vuruldu, of, gençliğim eyvah!
Anafarta'ya varmadan koptu kıyamet, of, gençliğim eyvah!
Çanakkale içinde vurdular beni

I received this for free at some point, figured id try it. Not usually a fan of realistic FPSes, especially centered around real war. I was hoping theyd do a good job of portraying the idiocy that was WWI, and it does a little of that. One idea i enjoyed was rather than focusing on a larger single character campaign, it was 5 shorter ones with a neat opener. The combat was fun, with a lot of old interesting weapons from 100 years ago and some neat early tank and plane combat, and a surprising amount of optional stealth. Didnt play any multiplayer as i was pretty much uninterested, but it kind of shows you how some game modes work via the story. I wouldn't buy anything like this, but i would encourage folks who dont regularly dip into stuff like this to try, if they get it for free. A decently polished fun AAA game can be a nice break if you play more indie, story driven, creatively implemented mechanics kinda games like i usually do.

surprisingly solid campaign, the anthology format is a great way to keep things fresh and have different styles of interesting self-contained stories. Tone definitely leans more towards pulpy war comic which is a plus imo but you're not gonna be learning about the horrors of WW1 here lol
