Bullet Heaven 2 is a bullet-hell shoot-em-up inspired by games like Touhou and Jamestown. It's all about shooting every cute thing that moves, while dodging hundreds of shiny bullets per second!

Your hitbox is very tiny, so this is the perfect game for feeling like a god dodging through tiny gaps. Plus you can use the mouse!
It's individual level based instead of full runs, so it's way easier to take on. But some of the final bosses are hell on Heavenly, lol. Luckily there are ingame cheats to slow down the game and make it possible to master it (it makes up for it because you have to perfect the battle instead).
Extra points for nostalgia and having beaten it before on Kongregate. Yeah, the dialogue is cringe but it has the franchise's charm.

"Haha these enemies look like Pikachu and we're acknowledging it! So funny!"
It's just not good, feels really slow for a SHMUP and doesn't offer much in the ways of challenge that you can mindlessly drone through this while having to deal with the SO FUNNY cast of characters trying to crack a joke every cutscene while it feels like there's nothing really going on.
It's painfully generic.
