Tonight, in the Queen's realm of Ilance, two prodigies representing the Knight and Aristocrat factions will do battle in ‘the Adjuvant Trial’. This ritual, which has been held since the founding of the nation, decides which faction will hold military and political authority, and protect the Queen, the living symbol of the realm. The fate of the nation is at stake as these two girls set aside their childhood friendship and undergo a trial in which there can be only one victor. Croixleur Sigma is 60FPS of high speed hack-and-slash arcade action game by Japanese indie developer souvenir circ. and featuring gameplay reminiscent of the Devil May Cry series' Bloody Palace mode.

Quite a fun little arcade title, if not a little too unfair at times.

Fun game to pass the time but overall. No.....

The game couldve been fun if you fought more than 4 enemies and the story wasnt an hour long. There is nothing to this game like at all. I would buy this guy for 50 cents and nothing more. Theres so little content, the combat is clunky, no enemies, same movesets. Its like they finished development on the game as soon as they started. I will say that dashing around is fun but its supposed to have i frames. In my total play time of 1 hour, i did not find the dash to be useful as a dark souls dodge roll for example. In fact i would recommend spamming specials then dash away then repeat because thats all this game is.

Infelizmente fica repetitivo muito rápido, provavelmente eu teria curtido mais em um portátil do que no PC.

It surprises me that I've never seen this game in any "PS Vita hidden gems" list, since it's far better than much of the anime shovelware on the system.

The game is pretty simple but its mechanics and a strong scoring system makes testing out different abilities really fun!
At least until you beat the game (takes about an hour) once and then slowly realize how samey the other playable characters and modes are, it's a shame nobody has ripped off this game yet, the formula has a lot of potential and I'd like to see it expanded.
