In the game, the player follows and controls "Taiga", a 16-year-old male protagonist who is transported to the digital world of Digimon, which in his universe is merely an online game. In the universe of Digimon, people raise creatures collectively referred to as Digimon. Players raise the Digimon through stages of growth that determine his personality, the five stages being "Baby", "Child", "Adult", "Perfect" and "Ultimate". Digimon evolve over time by gaining stats and other factors. Digimon can get hungry, sick, injured or die and need care to recover.

not a fan of this mon gameplay, maybe im just not good at the management for this game but my garurumon shouldnt croak after like an hour for no reason
One of the best Digimon games. One of the best versions of the "Digimon World" mechanics, and it showed they knew how to make these games. However, not too much content, and it's on the shorter side if you don't like hearing that.

A pesar de su limitado presupuesto se logro hacer una increíble secuela espiritual del primer digimon world, que gracias al amor puesto en su creación no tiene nada que envidiarle a su hermano.
Si no fuera por esta modesta joya, hoy no gozaríamos del enfoque actual de los videojuegos de la franquicia; títulos como Cyber Sleuth y posteriores lanzamientos no existirían.
