Wow, what a crazy part of the MSQ. I was thoroughly intrigued and the Ruby Weapon was a phenomenal fight. Elidibus is a nice contrast to Emet and I'm excited to see how everything unfolds.

Cool dungeon + interesting lore reveals + strong ending = great patch!

Knocking it out of the park once again, its insane how strong these patches are continuing the story from the main expansion

Some really cool bits of lore being covered in the MSQ, was cool to see role quests have a bit more engagement with the story as well.

The focus moves to Ascians/Elidibus, even as we continue to trying to get the Scions back to the Source. Though it contains interesting tidbits of info, I imagine I would have been very frustrated had I played this patch when it was released. The lore dripfeeding artificially extends the plot to sustain hype without actually moving anything forward.

Sadly these first 2 Shadowbringers patches have horrid slow points here akin to ARR but instead of it being completely uninteresting there is the Elidibus development had me personally hooked because of him fucking with Ardbert and learning about how being Zodiark messed with Elidibus's head
