This game just made me 😭😭😭
I love all the characters. They all grew on me and I was so invested in their happiness. This game doesn't do the indie cliche of knocking you over the head with trauma either. It's just a story with mystery, love, cuteness, gayness, and you just can't put it down. It has tons of accessibility features as well.
Visual Novels as a genre are typically pretty verbose. This game is not as bad as others but still could learn a lesson in brevity. It does drag on with a lot of unnecessary text at times. I'd rather it was shorter and more concise than long for the sake of playtime. This is a minor complaint mind you.
I love this game. I'm not usually into romance stuff but maybe it turns out I am as long as it's not cliche trite CIS HET gaze writing. I highly recommend this game to anyone who loves queer stories, visual novels, great art and music. If you don't like the genre though, its probably not for you. However, I will say this game made me more open to playing more VNs.
****note on my ratings:
half ⭐: hot trash garbage
