A very fun little game to play with friends, with lots of ultra dynamic mini-games, sometimes with a touch of really fun and surprising trolling. The games don't last long and come together quickly, so there isn't too much downtime.

Holy shit its Astro Playroom from the Play "PS" Station! Microgames FPS battle royale is finger-lickin good! So it doesn't really matter how polished or balanced it is... which is a bit cheating honestly it's neither of those. You can customize your own hovering trashcan to the degree the monetization allows (it's a free game btw I respect the hustle the ROI was met probably). Furthermore the unfairness of some minigames led to a plateau of skill or maybe I never paired with someone who absolutely destroyed the competition... except me eheh I'm a silly microgames winner!

This game failed to be the next Fall Guys and settled for a Fail Guys. I believe this game was going for it yes. Taking place in a 16x16 flat terrain which gets boring of course this was never gonna take off. The tutorial had some quips but ultimately the game has nothing to say... no lore guys it's over.. I was reminded of Cyber Hook for some reason and it could have gone for this direction so as they say, the grass is always greener and everything... time to hit the griddy minigame for 1 microllion points and victory royale yippee

This is actually really fun to play with my friend groups. It could do with some ironing out the parts that occasionally act up or are unfair - e.g. there's a "don't move" challenge that you'll fail instantly if you happened to already be moving before the instruction appeared, which you most likely will be because you're probably not just standing still between challenges, and I'd say at least once a game there's some instance of one of us getting told we've failed or passed one despite blatantly not doing so. That aside, especially for a free game it has good variety to keep your interest and make sure it doesn't stagnate, and rounds are fast-paced so you're almost always moving and doing something. Games are also a good length - it's pretty addictive, so we'll almost always say "one more round", get to the end, and then end up playing more and more because, well, the next one is starting anyway and that one was short, so we might as well, and now the next one is starting, rinse and repeat.

Some gameplay elements can take some getting used to - I and a few friends found the strafe-jumping to be a pain in the ass to control at first - but it's pretty simple once you get accustomed.

Not sure what it would be like playing with strangers, but half the fun for me comes from the voice chat and jokes with friends while playing so I'd guess there's less enjoyment playing that way.

why would i need to pay to play this game with my friends

Sort of like a multiplayer Wario-Ware. The games are super short but the sessions are super long. It's all pretty random - did the button spawn right next to you? Were you already moving when the "don't move" challenge came up? It's fun in short doses with pals, but I found the length of the sessions and the tendency for strangers to show up and stomp everyone pretty lousy. The longer session "boss" games are even more hit or miss, with some mediocre shooting games mixed in that really kill the pace!
