Well, this is certainly a game. A Japan-only Spot the Difference / Rail-Shooter game that is less than a hour long, with good music at that.
Very quick game, really shows early 3D era where some games where just playing with 3D models and so (this game is just two screens of the same place, where they randomly swapped 6 to 9 elements with other ones). Repeating elements, 5 musics, difficulty not so difficult, the cursor sometimes goes too fast, but overall yeah, it does what it presented: a Spot the Difference game.
Really good music.
