You go around with a party of characters doing stuff but its pretty shitty. It could be considered a so bad its good type of game.

I feel like the only aspect of Rise of the Argonauts that is truly underwhelming is the combat; it's built around subverting and evading enemy defenses but makes the error of not locking down the hit detection, which makes things frustrating. Otherwise, it's a clever take on the BioWare formula (despite not really having a branching narrative). I'd say it reminds me most of Jade Empire but honestly I never played that game for longer than 30 minutes.

Through deep exploration and epic quests, players will take on the role of Jason, King of Iolchis and fight alongside iconic mythological heroes such as Hercules, Achilles, Atalanta and many others. As Jason grows from a young king to a true legend, set sail on the Argo and explore the vast Aegean, a dynamic world of islands filled with shining cities, lush forests and deep jungles.

Players will leave their mark on ancient Greece as they engage in exhilarating, deadly, bloodbath-turning battles against hordes of enemy warriors, ruthless monsters and truly formidable mythological creatures. Whether it's Jason beheading or slicing warriors in half with his sword, or Hercules wrestling giant monsters, the intense action in Rise of the Argonauts will keep players eager for the next encounter.

Like all true heroes of Greece, the gods follow Jason on his quests. Jason will earn the favor of the gods and gain special abilities, but his actions may please some gods and displease others. Earning a god's favor will grant players powers within the god's sphere of influence, but attracting a god's wrath may cause them to torment the heroes at the worst possible moment. Rise of the Argonauts has an average gameplay time of 10-15 hours.

This game is really neat, I just wish the PC port wasn't balls and ass

something about this hits right
