A remake of Phantasy Star II
This game is much like Phantasy Star Generation: 1, except that it stands as a remake of Phantasy Star II. Like the first "Generation" a number of tweaks were made to bring it in line with more modern RPGs, and the graphics and sound have been updated. Also included is an emulated version of the Mega Drive Phantasy Star II (the Japanese version).

Somehow even worse than the original. Arguably the worst experience I have EVER had playing an RPG. I wasted 80 hours of my life getting both endings and I am never getting them back
The narrative backbone carries interesting implications but that rarely reaches the surface plot since the actual storytelling is wholly monotonous, and the gameplay is mind-numbingly boring. The previous Phantasy Star Generation was kind of a mindless nothing-game in a good way, but this was a nothing-game in a bad way.
