A port of Toki
The hero of the game is a young jungle-man named Toki. One day the evil wizard Dr. Stark kidnaps his girlfriend Wanda. When Toki tries to save her, he is turned into a monkey! Now Toki has to find Dr. Stark in his palace, to rescue Wanda, and to become a human being again! It is a platform game with a lot of various levels: jungle, underwater, volcanic caves, on the ice... Toki's only weapons are spitting on the enemies or jumping on them and crashing them. There are many possibilities to upgrade his spitting "weapon"; for example, if he finds an upgrade, he can spit fireballs.

Baffling and unappealing, why make a game where you play as an ugly monkey? Who finds that appealing?
Strict platforming mixed with a barbarically slow walk speed is a recipe for disaster. Would be a better game if it were more run-and-gun than platformer.

After like an hour of playing a bunch of games on my backlog I know Id only play for like 5 minutes; this is the one I laughed at the most. The fact that there was a point in time where someone could walk into a store and buy Toki: Going Ape Spit astounds me. Someone thought this game was a good enough idea to both have a team of people make it, and then hope someone bought it at retail. Its one of the worst games Ive ever played but the 5 minutes I played it for will be unforgettable.
