What a underrated game, man. It's the best Virtua Cop game, introduced bullet time, amazing graphics for 2003, amazing bosses, the best stages and this nostalgic action games of the 00's aesthetics .

This game is probably so unknown because of being a exclusive to a random Sega chip made with xbox hardware called Sega Chihiro. It's crazy that it didn't even make to the original XBOX, the game was never ported to anything and if it wasn't for the Original Xbox Emulation no one would ever play this game anymore (unless you're rich and buy the whole cabinet of the game).

I really recommend to Virtua Cop fans or even Rail Shooter fans to search on the internet a [totally legal] way to play it. Emulation it's definitely not the best way to play it but it's the only, CXBX Reloaded emulator even has mouse support.
