You can make the game peak fiction, absolute garbage, or really anything else and it's glorious. The only thing that's holding you back is the awful website to download stuff from.
Mastering Thierry Henry takes time and effort, but it's worth it in the long run as he's very powerful in the current meta, and has great synergy with Ronald McDonald and some character from an unreleased japanese arcade fighter i've never heard of before.
mugen was but a step that led me towards wrestling games (community creations, simulated fights, cool violence etc etc)
