Swap Force is definitely one of the stronger entries in the series with hours of content, beautiful locations, fun boss fights,an incredible gimmick and the best roster of skylanders in the series only thing marking it down is WELCOME BACK TO WOODBURROW HERO OF CLOUDBREAK ISLANDS is engraved in my brain please help me i want to be free of this pain

Peak gaming. V3s competition and brother in arms.

this is the best skylander game and I will die on that hill

Fun, but not as good as giants. Its a neat gimmick but I kind of forget everything about it.

From a technical perspective, there's a lot about Skylanders that really sucks. The "Toys to Life" gimmick can be pretty intrusive at times, and even as a kid I realized how scummy of a business model it was. Not to mention, it must've sucked for all the Spyro fans to see his name reduced to one of many in a game made primarily to sell toys.

That said, I do remember them being pretty fun, and Swap Force was my favorite. The gameplay was pretty standard 7th-gen kid's game fare, but it made my 10-year-old brain happy. Plus, there is a lot of charm in the characters, and they're backed by some pretty solid voice acting. I just wish some of these ideas were tied to something a little more...ethical.

This game right here is the ultimate scrimblo bimblo comfort food for me. While it is aimed at a much younger audience and has the stink of unbridled commercialism wafting off of it whenever I'm informed that I need to buy a new toy to access this area, I absolutely adore this art style and find it rather calming when I have a cartoon dragon shoot lasers out of its eyes.

Also the plot of this game is "you know that evil sorcerer? Go beat up his mom" and you know what? Props.

Bad pacing but the gameplay is fun and varied. Wash Buckler is cool.

At first I loved this game, I thought it was the best in the series, then I played it again and I hated it and I played it again and it wasn't that bad, it's a good game in the series but not one of the best

Skylanders but can swap out torsos.

A mecânica de trocar os personagens era mto bacana, dava pra fazer mta coisa

This is 100% an autism thing, but mixing up the toys long term really fucking bugged me in the same way mixing up Beyblade parts long term would. Also I remember it talked your ear off. One of the first times I can recall outgrowing an interest that wasn't obviously a childrens' show.

The swap function in hindsight is kind of dumb but creative at the same time. Story was actually quite okay! Love the maps. The skylanders themselves were kind of odd design-wise but a few were still very memorable!

The literal only complaint i have about this game is the final boss. Yes I'm influenced by nostalgia but swap force is the greatest skylanders game

I have tons of fond memories of this game, and although I'll always love this game, objectively speaking, it's kinda bad. Very basic gameplay, combat, and story. The characters and music are really good though, other wise I would give it a two. Just not fun if you're older than 10

the entire swap gang is mere seconds away from violently making out with each other

Worst gaming. V3s competition and brother in arms.

- Swap -

This games is the first video game that i truly remember loving, and even tho i prefer games like mkw or lego star wars from games in my childood, in my opinion, swap force still hold up. First of all, presentation whise, this games is freaking gorgeous and strangly have a good soundtrack. Secondly, the level design and gimmick, while easy, are still very enjoyable and are feels of creative background and enemy...behaviour, because the enemy themself are just creature... BUT DARK. The extra content are defenetly the highlight here, like this level when you can froze time is so damn cool, and has one of the best boss fight of the game...speaking of which, thé boss in this game are or pretty great, or a absolute pathetic jock, so thats kind of suck. Because yeah, the games is painfully easy, and the upgrade you can purchase, while fun, are broken for a lot of them. And yeah, the story is not really good even tho i like the character

My tips, play this game multiplayer in the campaign or the versus mode, its a blast

So much innovative and content that had me playing for some many hours as a kid. I got this game for Christmas along with all the Wave 1 and 2 Skylanders. Christmas 2013 is still the best Christmas of my life.

If I wasn't so connected to Spyro's Adventure, this one would be my favorite Skylanders. Fun gameplay, cool characters, tons of post-game content, etc. This was also the Skylanders game I was most excited for and kept up with the most before release so, I have a lot of fond memories with that.

In my opinion, the best game in the series, great mechanic, great characters, decent story and somewhat hard, only if you're trying to 3 star a boss

Pretty good but not as good as giants or Spyro's adventure though.

I love the part where Glumshanks says "It's swapping time" and everyone swaps

loved this game purely because of the "swap" mechanic. great story as well.

The swapping mechanic is so mesmerizing it easily elevated the franchise's ambition to new heights. The stylistic change isn't my favorite but it still works really well. Tons of post game content make this one of if not the lengthiest game in the series in a good way.

This game was a complete scam.

However it was the most fun scam I have ever participated in.

Its prob a good game but on the Wii Graphics its absolutely bad for me

they were fr swappin and shit
