This feels like a parody of art games: black and white, walking simulator, vague concept about reaching enlightenment, sound consisting of random musical cues and people whispering in your ears, slow as molasses, "press space to reflect",...
It's not all negative though. Even if you're moving on a rudimentary Unity 3D map, the black and white graphics and lo-fi filters paired to Bill Viola's short videos give a unique and interesting aesthetic to the interactive experience. And I guess it did evoke meditation to me (because 10 minutes felt like one hour).
If you're interested in the artist, you're better off watching his work directly and playing "real" video games.

I love walking sims more than most and even I struggled with this. There's some really good stuff here like the atmosphere and audio design but as a whole it felt a tiny bit too abstract for me.
