O 4º jogo da franquia traz novidade relativas à verticalidade e armas novas. Se no 3º jogo eu me apaixonei por Arco, nessa versão eu passei a jogar de Insect Glaive e amar a arma.

My first game in the series and the one that started my love for this franchise. It's hard to describe just how addicted I got to this game. I have well over a thousand hours in it and I loved all of it except fighting khezu. The boxart no longer looks like shit on here

Really fun game with a ton of content, but the end game leaves something to be desired

My personal favorite MH; but also my first.

Probably the greatest entry to the classic line of Monster Hunter titles, introducing many new additions like climbing and Monster mounting which is common in the current Monster Hunter entries. This was my first and will forever be my favorite entry which got me to go back and forth to playing every title in the series. Only Generations and Rise have gotten me close to how many hours I've clocked into this game.

good entry but it was my first game in the series so i didnt play it as much but i understood what it was doing and i knew it did it well.

Unironically the pinnacle of classic MH.

Great game and has the best story that the series has to offer as well as some fantastically unique monsters that we don't get to see often (Snake Wyverns, Toads and Zamtrios!), sadly it kinda runs like crap on the 3DS if you're fps-sensitive.

I put 300 hours into this game.

The first monster hunter game that hooks you, really hooks you, for me it was this, one of my most played games ever, full of amazing boss designs with large variety, I will never forget my time with it.

If GU didn't have the early parts of Gen that would easily be the best Monster Hunter, but as it stands this reigns supreme over all of them. An incredible flagship with Gore (if you ignore this being the expansion where Seregios is the real flagship), broke ass CB, the absurd story that's way cooler than it has any right to be.

Apex Monsters suck and are a blight, but everything else rules.

apex monsters were very tedious and some areas in the maps could be really frustrating thanks to ledges. my biggest gripe with it is that weapon balancing is really bad towards the endgame (out of 14 weapons maybe only 5 arent left in the dust). but man its still an amazing game and i cannot get enough of this series. charge blade was a blast.

The greatest entry in the classic series. I put so much damn time into this game and I loved every minute of it. The monsters, the aesthetic, everything about this game was fun. I played with a lot of people back in high school.

Amazing game for sinking a bunch of time into. Can be grindy but thats the fun in it. IMO best story out of all the monster hunter games. Peak flagship monster and locales
