The open worlds are just not fun to explore and 100% the levels are just an absolute chore. The most fun area is the bat cave, but which that great. The character roster is amazing though, just a major step down when compared to the previous game.
it's not without the franchises typical charms, but LEGO Batman 3 is one of the few LEGO titles that feels like a complete chore by the end, half set in dull, metallic sci-fi corridors and no interesting hub worlds to explore alongside a lengthy list of fetch quests and not-as-funny-as-they-think-it-is writing.
Finished the game only to discover there's no free roam mode at all. Quite disappointing, I would have loved to see what this game could've done with a free roam mode.
WHY CAN"T YOU PLAY AS FIREFLY he's there the entire story mode and you never play as him once his design in this game looks so good why Lego why!!!!?
What can I say except... It tried at being something different and it didn't succeed, the new hub level design was just disappointing and while the story and actual levels were still fun the downgrade from Lego Batman 2 was just too harsh for me to truly enjoy this game.

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham packs a massive roster of DC Comics heroes and villains into a space-faring adventure. The classic LEGO humor and charm are in full force, and the gameplay loop of smashing bricks, solving puzzles, and swapping between characters remains satisfying. However, the story feels a bit unfocused, some missions are repetitive, and the open-world sections are surprisingly limited compared to previous LEGO games. Still, fans of Batman, LEGO games, or just lighthearted, family-friendly fun will find plenty to enjoy.
Started playing this after I finished the second game and was pretty disappointed. The lack of a proper hub world hurt this one REAL bad. I might go back and finish it eventually, we'll see.
I can't say if it's as good as I remember, but it definitely marked my childhood and is extremely fun, the best Lego game.

pra mim mantém a qualidade da trilogia e tem coisas que faz até melhor que os anteriores! Gosto do conteúdo massivo que esse jogo trás e a platina é muito gostosinha de fazer, a trilogia lego batman no geral é bem consistente.

Not really a batman game but a DC game.
It's even more LEGO Batman.
forgettable and kind of ugly? I'm so sorry Lego Batman 3 but I can't remember anything from you. The depressing thing about this batch of Lego games (Lego Marvel Superheroes 2, Lego Avengers, Lego DC Supervillains) is there is always love and detail and care oozing from them, but something about them is just. Not there. maybe one too many god rays on the brainiac boss fight level? idk.
Normal LEGO affair with a decent cast of characters. Instead of one larger open world, there are multiple small hubs, but none of them area great. It's just kind of bland.

Beyond gotham is a good game but it would have been even better had the gotham openworld been brought back from Lego Batman 2
