The racing itself is pretty good. The actually management is varied enough to be stressful in a fun way. Lots of moving pieces. The best part of this game is dealing with adversity and the stuff that comes out of left field.
I keep getting sucked back in because the meta story is so interesting. My team was so bad at fake F1 that we got bumped to a junior category, where I set my sights too high and the chairman fired me, so I found a job at a BETTER team, and now I'm competing against the team I created. Like that's just too damn interesting.

"A Decent Little Racing Sim That Couldn't Convince Me To Become A Motorsport Fanatic"
I don't exactly remember how this game found its way into my game library, as I'm not a fan of motorsport racing in any way. However, I stumbled upon it recently and figured, "I might as well try it in case I end up liking it". While the game itself looked very clean, and had a simple enough user interface to make things easily accessible, I was just not that interested. This is mostly a game for fans of motorsport, which sounds obvious, but there are many games out there that are simulator/management style games that make fans out of people who try them. This just wasn't the case for me. Additionally, figuring out how to play the game was a bit confusing, since little is explained despite the pretty straightforward AI.
This doesn't make this game bad by any means, I am mostly reviewing it from the mindset that a similar person to myself would have going into a game like this. I would Not Recommend this game unless you are a pretty big motorsport fan, as well as being a fan of management/simulation games.
Final Verdict: 3/10 (Poor)

I am a MASSIVE motorsports fan, but this game didn't click for me. Nothing I could do was able to get either of my cars from being out of sequence, falling apart, and finishing last (if they finished at all). (skill issue thats on me). Point is, I didn't have fun with it, which is a massive shame.
Not worth what I paid for it. ($16AUD)
