I don't remember the original OutRun much, so I can't say whether this is a clone of it, but it definitely reminds me a lot of OutRun 2, which I still remember very well. The structure of races is very similar. There's traffic, a time limit, checkpoints and ridiculously long drifting sections. It feels very rewarding to execute these insane drifts avoiding all the traffic, but the game is very difficult. I couldn't beat it.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of OutRun, but I know a lot of people deify it. This is a game for them. Very nice graphics and music, a very polished game for the time. If you're an OutRun fan, this will probably be a 9/10 for you. As for me, I found it mostly frustrating.
