Jeu qui m'a initié au métal merci à lui. Par contre ça flingue les bras.

This game feels impossible to exist. A themed rhythm game for the niche hobby that is VR. It's also one of the only rhythm games I've played where the beatmap adapts instrumentation based on difficulty, which works because the diegetic instrument is large drums.

Fun VR rhythm game with celtic/norse rock/punk/metal music. Great on Quest

Think I found my VR Rhythm game. Custom songs are a breeze to install.

A very good Guitar Hero-esque drumming game. There are maybe 15 songs you can play? Would appreciate more songs, so hopefully they add more. I'm not really a heavy metal fan but I began to enjoy/appreciate the irish/viking vibes of these tracks. I find a lot of them catchy now.

Super promising Early Access VR Game, really excited to see where this one goes. The minimalist art-style really works for it and the environments still look great. Hoping for more biomes as things progress along. If they release consistent updates throughout the Early Access period this game will be a 5/5 for me.

An excellent rhythm game that doesn't overcomplicate things and serves an underserved genre of music

Ragnarock is a drum rhythm game with an emphasis on Vikings and metal. It's really refreshing to play a rhythm game that isn't just EDM, and there are a lot of different styles and metal mashups represented. I didn't recognize any of the bands by name, but there is a lot of variety: from I Can't Believe It's Not Rammstein to Seitan Flogging Molly. There's even a gospel/metal mashup. Of course the preponderance is folk metal of the flutes and bagpipes persuasion.

Because there is no physical drum pad to bang on, Ragnarock can't realistically offer the precision and satisfaction of actual drumming. It does come close though, using haptics, latency tweaking, and extensive comfort options to dial in the perfect setup. However, I still found that it would occasionally drop inputs or mis-trigger even after many hours of playing and tweaking. It's a challenge to offer a VR drumming experience that doesn't feel like waving your hands around, but the game just isn't precise enough for me to want to pursue the higher difficulty medals.

Definitely one of the best VR rhythm games out there, especially for me :)

Extremely enjoyable VR rhythm game, in the vein of Beat Saber but with an Old Norse setting, drums as the main "instrument," and a rockier set of songs. Some awkward elements (like the boost shields) but hopefully the remainder of its Early Access development will iron out those kinks.
