5/5, it has Fu Hua, she's there. I can see her sprite on screen, poster and CG. And, as incomplete as this game is, that's something that no game can say since Honkai Impact 3rd and Honkai Gakuen 2 Legacy themself. I'm craving for Fu Hua. Anything they give me about her official content is masterpiece at this point. I am desperate. And only for that, I will give this a 5/5. When this game ever completes, I'll rate it properly. For now though, this is where Fu Hua is at, and my scores are where Fu Hua is.
