This is the game that taught me you do not have to be running all the time as you do in games these days.

This is the good Star Wars Battlefront not EA's shitty remake. It is far superior.

Not much can be said about battlefront that hasn’t already been said. Immersive as fuck as a kid.

A fun look back to the first Star Wars Battlefront game. Needs a bunch of touching up.

Had a disc with it and with the second game, personally I loved the second game but this one was good aswell even tho the second game got more content.

from watching the babysitter’s kids playing it (too young to play), wanting so bad to play it myself, finding a used copy in Maine on family vacation, realizing it wouldn’t work because it was scratched, biking it to the convenience store to get it repaired, waiting a week to go pick it up, finally playing it on PS2, and now playing it on an overkill PC and having insane kill count competitions with Andrew, it’s been a wild ride. love to boot it up often and ride the nostalgia wave.

It's an entertaining game, but it lacks a "Sprint" button, some missions are poorly balanced, and the AI of the "heroes" is absolutely terrible.

In multiplayer, it's a chaotic yet enjoyable experience.

This game is fantastic and the online was very fun.

it's alright but it's not Battlefront II

This was a good third-person shooter for Star Wars fans back in the mid-2000s. Unfortunately, it gets old really quick, as it only has a single game type/mode: "Capture the Base". Thankfully, this gets rectified in its much-improved sequel.

The greatest loading screen of all time

I've had the map loading screen sounds in my head for 20 years

good but had problems definitely play the bf2 instead

One of my favourites. Used to play this for hours as a kid without getting bored, sure it's a little barebones in some ways I guess but it really did nail that feeling of being on a Star Wars battlefield. It can feel really chaotic at times but that just makes it more fun! It's also really easy to pick up and play meaning it's super easy to get your splitscreen on with a buddy

one of the best couch offline coop games for its gen imo

I fucking love this game and honestly prefer it over the second even though it is better technically

top tier, the hours ive played. my record is like 110+ kills

Lots of fun playing this as a kid. Galactic Conquest mode was the coolest thing ever. Better than Battlefront 2, I don't even care.

Definitely not up to the quality of its successor, but a great foundation to build off of.

Speedran this game as a kid :)

good but no heroes and has dated poorly

It's a pretty fun game. My only gripes with the game is that there is no sprinting and the AI is ass. Do you know how many times I was killed by nybown teammates grenades? Anyways it's a fun time but Battlefront 2 is just better.

One of the best Star Wars games with clout that publishers to this day are still trying to chase.
