Probably one of the best Touhou fangame I've played, so good I would recommend it to anyone, even people unfamiliar with the series.
Overall great gameplay with very few flaws, great artstyle, an interesting story that allowed the developers to make Touhou characters with a completely different personality while still making sense, which was very weird at the beginning but I ended up quite enjoying it by the end.
I also enjoyed how there's multiple ways to play the game, from all the gear we get through this adventure (even if most of these need a rebalance) and 3 different difficulties challenges for people wanting more.
I, myself most of the time play through the end then move on, in this game I had lot of fun going for the 100% and beating every bosses no-hit, which is quite doable for anyone who want to put a bit of effort.
I'd also add that for a fangame, or even a Touhou game in general, this one definitely put a lot of effort in its presentation with very nice cutscenes and deserve praise for it.
Even if the game as of April 2024 can be considered completed, there are still additional updates planned and I'll be sure to play it again.

Very enjoyable little title! Charming art style to present everything, very solid twitch reflex dodging feel, tons of customizable options insofar as attack patterns go. It does what a boss rush game absolutely should do, incremental improvement against things that initially seem really daunting to avoid and take on, but slowly become more and more doable until you finally manage to break through! And upon scraping by, you realize "oh there are challenge versions of this boss... that's gonna be really hard". Looking forward to this game's completion from early access; it's got a great sense of style to match some really excellent patterns!
Could've done without Clownpiece's damaged portrait, though. That was... much!

(EARLY ACCESS REVIEW)
really fun bullet hell game, even if the art for defeating bosses gets weirdly horny at times. there's about ~5 hours of content if you go for 100%ing the stages (main story, challenge stages, challenge nohit runs, and challenge nohit pacifist runs) which is pretty solid for a $6 game, especially since time varies depending on how good you actually are at it.
the fights are fun, there's some diversity in builds with the items, spell cards, and weapons the game gives you, and the music is solid.
it is weird how the prologue is a separate game with lore and two unique boss fights that's marked as a separate steam game though, feels like it should be a part of the main game with the separate prologue replacing the steam demo but ¯\(ツ)/¯
game also probably won't appeal to you too much if you don't care about touhou in the slightest
will probably go up half a star once the final version with the actual story end releases
