Without a doubt one of the best stories I have ever experienced. I'll write a full review when I get some time and motivation but please check it out if you're at all interested.

Really got the answers and was given Will. Talk about a deal

Played with the PS3 sprites patch.

tesão entre os tesões 10/10

prob the best piece of media ever. not the best version but good with mods. usually takes me forever to play games but played 60+ hours of this and beat it in less than 3 weeks. cried dozens of times. episode 7 blew my mind.

Small bombs! Gohdatrice is real!

This series means a lot to me after reading it, I may only have been a fan for a short while now but I can firmly say Umineko is my favorite story in all of media. A perfect tale about love, death, trauma and acceptance. A story that tries to show not only it's characters, but you the reader, that magic does exist. Magic to bring yourself happiness exists within you, the truth is more than just one slab of stone halting you, it's a statue to behold with so much to interpret from. There's so much more to mysteries, to life, to yourself as a person than just what reality shows. Accepting the truth, and finding your own happiest path, your own world to live how you like, those are the themes of Umineko. What compliments these themes are some of the most interesting and devious mysteries and logic puzzle's I've ever seen. I genuinely love everything about Umineko and I hazard to find a single flaw in this entire masterwork of writing, reasoning, and emotion. Actual peak. - 2023

The tale of the 1000-year old witch. A stunningly woven story featuring a great cast of characters and a mystery that keeps you thinking. There are a number of themes that really came across strongly here, but I certainly believe it would be better for those interested to take this journey and reason them out for themselves. It is not a short endeavor by any stretch of the imagination - my overall play time combining both Question and Answer Arcs summed up to be just shy of 130 hours but I can assure you every moment was well worth it.

Like Question Arcs, Answer Arcs undoubtedly has its moments where the pacing slows down, however this time around I was significantly more enthralled with the plot points to really feel like it was a detractor. It is a roller coaster ride from start to finish and wrapped up as well as I had hoped, but I still believe Chapter 5 to be my favourite overall.

I did not imagine that I would have made more handwritten notes for a VN this year than I did for Tears of the Kingdom - and I started far, far too late. For fans of the mystery genre, you absolutely owe it to yourself to read this to completion. I genuinely hope more people continue to do so as I have, and I can think of no more fitting game to mark as my 1000th played game tracked on this website.

This is a really good story with great characters and music. But I do think how they structured the VN causes a lot of problems. It does feels like it being stretch to it's absolute limit. There were many times where I felt like it was being repetitive or conversations were going in circles. Basically me going "I get it already, please move on already." But I think the quality of the characters and music really helped me get through in those parts. I do think there was a little hackery at some points but nothing narrative annihilating.

But who cares about the problems? The ending almost made me cry, so it is at least a 9/10.

It it perfect and no one can slander it
