A really enjoyable racing/bullet hell game that uses it's unique early 2000's internet setting and style for creative level/character design and a surprisingly engaging and heartfelt story. The soundtrack is great and has a lot of variety in terms of both genre and tone, I particularly enjoyed the museum level race theme, Rip My Heart, Shiver, Burning Bright, Traveller and both of the ending themes.
The character progression feels impactful, the whiskers/uberboost ability is a really well executed risk vs reward mechanic, and the game is filled with a lot of fun secrets and extras. The visuals fit the aesthetic perfectly and the talk sprite art is phenomenal. There's a bit of jank in a few places and it will definitely not resonate with some people, but I personally loved it!
