Yeah, three stars but a SOLID three stars. Three stars with a LIKE.

It's a lot of fun, but easy to trivialize even as a newcomer to the genre. As such, this kills the replayability it could potentially have. The core cast is colorful and likeable, but they are introduced very gradually (so you can't try maps differently), there are not many units to try (limited playstyles), and since these few units have set skill trees all characters are asking to be played one way and have little customization (so you can never do a "only shotgun" run for example).

HUSBAND OF THE GAME: Marty.
