solid collection, some of the missions were challenging to 100% but still fun

The game was supposed to be THE solution to play retro Sonic games on modern hardware. Yet my experience says it is even worse than emulation on OpenEmu and nothing close to the likes of Christian Whitehead remasters or Sonic 3 AIR.

The games are at least somewhat functional when I played it. However I do noticed a significant increase in the amount of bugs that were not present in the original games. I don't know what happened when they were trying to port the game but something for sure have gone wrong here.

If you don't really mind about authentic Sonic experience. Go ahead and play this game as it at least functions after several updates. Whether it justifies the price tag? That would be a resounding no though.

If you ask me, just emulate the games. The quality of games from this port don't deviate much from emulation anyways in my opinion.

I really was expecting more dude. Like seriously, I am so disappointed with this one.

Incompetent. A worse way to play the same games that you can--or rather COULD--find anywhere else.

Evening Star did not deserve what Sega did to their creations.

Im not gonna rate this because this is just going to be my general purpose feelings on classic sonic games as a whole. Classic sonic games have a gameplay loop of striving to be better and better that doesnt work for me as a player, working to get better in games can be fun and rewarding, but classic sonic games have never had that fun factor for me. I understand the place sonic holds in our gaming landscape and history, and i appreciate what he stands for, but classic sonic just doesnt gel with me, but im glad it does with so many others.

No es la experiencia definitiva para jugar los títulos clásicos del erizo...

It's nice to have an official Whitehead and Co. S&K3 port finally, even if it could be better. Even then I'm just happy to have all of the best games in one neat collection.
