This game has some of ZUN's best patterns in the entire fucking series. Four playable characters, including Yuukarin. This game has it all. The only serious knock against it is Yuki and Mai being very very RNG heavy, a long fight, and also on top of a very long stage.
This game is still important to Touhou lore even now. And it's great that it is--this game's backstory for Alice, as a human from a land of demons, that is what makes Alice such a compelling character. I just wish she was more relevant more often.
The Last Judgement, the stage 5 theme, is my favorite track in all of PC98.
