It's just as beautiful as the first.
If you played the first one you'll love it. If you haven't go play both. Runs great on emulator. Played on US version n there was no story or cutscenes at all besides the opening. Still takes less than an hour if you know what your doing to complete it. I'd argue this one has more replayability with the mix difficulty really keeping you on your toes and it only being 8 stages long per run you'd wanna run it a couple of times to see every stage, more characters, and running the top branch of the levels for a surprise (Its super worth it). What this one improves on is more characters some returning some completely knew to the cast and so far its more tame than lets just say Kelly's last design... Still cool designs along with some odd ball characters along with simple ones too. Another big improvement are the stages. Whenever your really feelin' it the stages start to change and really show the extent of their personality. The music is still amazing in this one. Overall just more good fun with some improvements. I'll probably unlock all the characters before putting this one down.
SHOUTOUT MY GOATS CAPOIERA AND ROBO-Z
Edit: In the JP version at the end of the game you do get a cutscene, depending on the character you chose and It'll tell you more about the character. I think its worth playing both versions some songs change some songs don't.

The game is alot of fun but it literally does not teach you how to play ingame. I guess if you played this when it actually first dropped u would have access to the manual that would come with the game but unfortunately for me, video games are evil and only on PC........
