amazing difficulty but lackluster story, at least from terapagos; on the other hand, loved the way they managed to make Kieran such a likable character (and so is the E4), hope they make a full game with this kind of view on battles
It’s alright, I appreciate that the elite four and Kieran actually have good teams, that I’ll admit kicked my fucking ass. I also enjoy the Pokédex in this one, helped by all the starters and my strong fondness for Electivire and Golurk
The story though was kinda crap. Kieran is alright but beating him is the only goal until the end where you randomly decide to go find Terapagos, it’s not bad or anything but I kinda wish the cover legendary actually had some focus on it, especially after how much I liked Ogerpon. Overall it’s fine, I find the Terarium a little less fun to explore than Kitakami & Paldea so it’s probably my least favourite peace of SV content but it’s still fun

had substantially more fun with this DLC than any pokemon since like Gen 5. not great but the setting was cool and the characters were pretty fun and memorable.
battles were soooo good. extremely welcome level of difficulty where you need to use some level of actual strategy, but can still roll through the game without changing your team constantly

ID was fun, and I really liked its nods to Gen 5 which is my favorite one. It brought pokemon I really liked back to the game, like Tepig and Alolan Muk. Solid dlc, better than base game. Epilogue sucked lol
