Awesome quirky game with great music.

Completion Time: Around 5H 30M, + 3H for achievements

A fun point-n-click/minigame collection with charming characters, a really good art style and great music. It's funny as hell, too. You aren't able to complete every minigame in a single day, but the game knows this and you're encouraged to replay twice or more to get the full story. Good game!
(Reviewing past games I've played #3)

Coated in a layer of zoomer-esque humor, Later Alligator certainly has a demographic. I found that initial vibe to be a bit of a disconnect for me, but I pushed through.

The game is essentially a quirky minigame collection that takes place in an point and click adventure game. There's a whole list of collectables in the form of puzzle pieces and family member badges. Gathering the family member badges is related to story completion in a fun way. There's also a time system, but I do wish there were some way to pass time faster.

The story is a good bit of fun, and there's even a bit of intrigue here and there. I found meeting the characters to be the best part of the game along with how the story unravels the mystery in a fun way. I highly recommend getting the true ending to really enjoy the game.

Also, Pat is 24, but feels like a 7 year old lolol

This game is only good if you're an achievement hunter (meeeeeeee)

this game is amazing. just the humor, the atmosphere, the vibes, the characters, the REFERENCES. my god. multiple times i almost bust a gut laughing, but at the same time i felt endeared to each and every character in their own way. even when i was being a bit of a dingus and getting stuck on certain puzzles i still had fun playing the game. also a lot of replay value surprisingly, considering your choice of gator companions is limited. fuck the pinball achievement, though.

that game is so cute!!!!! is it weird that i left it with a crush on pat

A charming lil point and click game. It's really nothing special in my opinion. The artwork is great and the music is swinging but thats pretty much it. From the jump you can really tell that Pat's just buggin' but that's the charm in it. I wish more of the characters dialogue was like "Oh yeah Pat will get whats fucking comin' to em" or "Yeah pats gonna 'die' when he sees what we've got in store.
Characters were still charming too though, very nice. Some characters I kinda wanted to stop talking to me and some got a laugh outta me.

Solid game. Was cute. Probably not going back through it though.

This game is really cute and overall a fun time. The game's sense of humor is really funny, which elevates the actual minigames. The characters are really endearing and in some spots do feel like you're talking to a real family that you're friends with. There's a goro majima alligator whose minigame is just the creator expressing their fantasy of wanting to fuck him lol. The game's biggest strength is the artstyle and animation. Extremely top notch and talented filled with details that they didn't need to put the time to put in, which makes it even better and more impressive that they did.

The only issue is that there's kinda no replay value. The game does incentivize you to play three times to see the full story, but once you do that there's not much to do, since you've seen all the jokes and characters.

Other than that, still a great game filled with so much talent. 9/10
