A really solid and relaxing game. It’s especially good at sound design; the weather effects, the chimes that rise in pitch as you’re building a combo, the calming soundtrack; couple that with the mountain silhouettes in the background and you have a wonderful atmosphere.

I think Alto’s Odyssey is a good recommendation to anyone who thinks that all mobile gaming is just low-effort slop. This is a polished title with excellent presentation that clearly had a lot of work put into it. Even the ads aren’t too intrusive in the free version.
