Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters offers a surprisingly robust adventure on the Game Boy. As the angel Pit, you'll explore dungeons, battle mythological creatures, and upgrade your arsenal in a side-scrolling action-platformer. While the difficulty can be unforgiving at times, and some of the fortress stages are overly maze-like, the game retains the charm of the NES original and delivers a satisfying handheld experience for fans of classic action games.
