Skylanders: SuperChargers mixes the series' familiar toy-to-life formula with surprisingly fun vehicular combat and platforming. While the core gameplay retains its accessible charm, the addition of land, sea, and sky vehicles expands the gameplay possibilities. The story mode offers a decent length campaign, and numerous side activities and challenges add more to explore. However, SuperChargers does heavily encourage additional purchases with new figures unlocking more specific content.
