starting off i have too say LP 1 and 2 are very unique and different games and were not very popular so i have no idea how it got a 3rd entry in the series LP 2 is my favorite game ever and its kinda sad to see the awesome gameplay turn into generic 3rd person 2010 shooter i felt like i was playing gears of war not lost planet.

putting this aside the story is very un interesting up until the last 2 hours and i can say when NEVEC arrived i was a lot more locked in to the story as it actually felt like we were fitting for something rather than just working at a work site so i will give credit where credits due

i was actually impressed when we went inside the leviathan akrid and went to its heart although i will say the ending really disappointed me as it leads to a cliffhanger for a 4th game we never got .

all in all this game isnt bad or good its in the middle and i had my fun as a fan of the series would i recommend this to everyone, no to anyone else this would be a shitty 2010 3rd person shooter but for a lost planet fan i looked past that so i would recommend this if its the only game you haven't played in the series.
